THE DIRECTOR
Whilst completing his Masters (full-time) he also commenced with his articles of clerkship at Gerard Culhane Attorneys. There he gained immense knowledge and experience in the field of civil litigation. Drafting Pleadings and Notices and having to argue opposed motions in the Magistrates courts sparked a new found love of the law for him.
Brandon Deneys, founder of B Deneys Attorneys Inc., is an attorney who aspires to be a pioneer in the field of law. He provides excellent legal services to his clients from all walks of life. In doing so, he adds value to the law by engaging with his learned colleagues and absorbing a diverse set of legal opinions to ensure the sustainable growth and development of our law.

Mr. Deneys completed his LL.B and went on to pursue his passion for Labour Law by completing his Masters in Labour Law at the University of Johannesburg. With a comprehensive support structure and exceptional tutelage he was able to obtain a distinction for his dissertation relating to the Constitutionality of a mandatory retirement age in South Africa.

Looking to broaden his knowledge and expertise in the employment law industry, he ceded his articles to Cavanagh and Richards Attorneys. This opportunity allowed him to build a solid foundation and understanding of our labour law in South Africa by preparing for arbitrations at the CCMA in matters relating to unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices and the like. Additionally, he was able to sharpen his litigation skills by being placed in the arena in matters relating to domestic violence and maintenance.
